Sorry--it is too late to download 2018. The software is not available, nor would it be supported or updated even if you could find it on eBay, etc. Any 2018 refund has now been forfeited; if you owe tax due the IRS still wants to be paid with interest and penalties.
You could seek local paid tax help or you can use the paper forms to prepare by hand to mail in.
