And....if your refund was exactly $1400----that sounds like the recovery rebate credit.   If you already received the third stimulus payment of $1400 in 2021, then you cannot get the recovery rebate credit.   The IRS knows if they sent you that third EIP payment, so if you made a mistake and said you did not get it, you put $1400 on line 30 of your tax return.  The IRS catches those mistakes and does not send you the $1400 again.
