The TurboTax 2022 refund advance will be available in January 2023. If you have a federal tax refund and have requested direct deposit of the refund, if eligible you will be asked in the File section of the program if you want the advance. If approved the advance can only be issued after the 2022 federal tax return has been e-filed and Accepted by the IRS. The IRS will not be accepting any type of e-filed tax return until mid to late January 2023.
