You said two things that contradict each other. You say that the IRS says they have not received anything, and then you say that the site says they are still processing. Which is it?
No do not amend. You do not amend a return until it has been fully processed----IF there is a mistake that needs to be corrected. Amending would not speed up the IRS--in fact it would likely cause confusion and longer delay. You know they have your return and that they are processing it. There may be a problem that has put it under review, but if the IRS wants any information from you they will request it by sending a letter to you.
Keep watching the IRS site for information.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Listen to each menu before making the selection.
First choose your language. Press 1 for English.
Then do NOT choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
Instead, press 2 for "personal income tax".
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions." It should then transfer you to an agent.
