After you file
@Kayhie25 E-filing is not open. That tax return went nowhere. Did you enter payment information in the FILE section?
You may need to talk to customer support to sort out whatever you did, but the incorrect return you tried to file did not go anywhere at all.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
