@kacybro - then you'll have to fill out the 'tracer'form noted by @xmasbaby0 .
the problem is you have no record of receipt, but the IRS records indicate they sent it. Calling the IRS will not yield any results and would be a waste of time.
the only way to resolve this is the tracer form.
