@Shalon75 You cannot use TurboTax to update banking information after you file your tax return. Banking information is not sent to the IRS except when you are filing your return. If your refund goes to a closed or wrong account, then it will be sent back to the IRS by the bank and then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address on your tax return.
If this is about changing banking information for the monthly child tax credit payments, you have to use the IRS site for Manage Payments to do that.
