Assuming that you used the TurboTax online editions for the 2020 tax return -
To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
A 2020 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
With the PDF opened scroll down to the State tax return. Review the state return and note the pages that need to be printed. Click on the Printer icon and the use the Pages option to enter the pages to be printed.
Print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the state. Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.
The Filing Instructions page for the state return will have the address on where to mail the state return if you originally selected to mail the state return. Otherwise you will have to go to the state website for the mailing address.
There are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date if filing for a tax refund or there are no taxes owed.
