If you didn't get the 3rd stimulus it should be included on your 2021 return line 30 as the Recovery Rebate Credit. That's the only way to claim it now. But you now need to qualify for it based on 2021 return. So if you made too much in 2021 you are out of luck and can't get it. Did you file 2021 yet?
