After you file

TurboTax does not get copies of letters sent to you by the IRS, so no one at TurboTax knows about your letter or what it said.   However, TurboTax does not prepare your tax return---when you use TurboTax you have used a do-it-yourself software.   Did you make some sort of mistake when you filed?  What mistake does the letter say was made?    You say that your income is SSI---do you mean that you received Supplemental Security Income----or do you mean you received Social Security?  Those are not the same thing.

If you receive either Social Security or SSI, then the stimulus checks were supposed to be sent to you in the same way you receive your benefits---most often by direct deposit.   Does your bank account show that you received those stimulus checks in 2020 and/or 2021?   The first one was in 2020 for $1200; the second one was for $600, and the third one was for $1400.

Your online account with the IRS will show if the IRS says they were sent to you.

If the IRS says you got the payments but you did not receive them, then you can have it traced.

If you need to trace a payment that the IRS says has been issued to you, mail or fax a completed IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund
