I printed my return and Turbotax thinks I mailed it but I didn't. I now need to edit it, but it will only let me amend. How do I edit/file my return without amending?

I filed an extension. I downloaded/printed my return at the time and so Turbotax thinks I filed, but I didn't. I now need to make edits to my return and would like to efile but I only see the option to amend.
