@grossi-33 You mentioned that you purchased your software from Amazon. So.....if you used the CD/download the tax files are only on your own hard drive---the return is not stored in an online account. If you need to amend the return you prepared using the desktop software, then open the return on your own computer, then go to Other Tax Situations to amend the return.
