After you file

First of all, please stop using all caps when you post a question.   It is like "shouting" to us and it makes your post very hard to read.   This is the user forum for TurboTax.   TurboTax and H & R Block are completely separate software companies.  We have nothing to do with H & R Block or with any of your problems related to the emerald card.   You should be asking H & R Bock about all of this.   TurboTax cannot help with H & R Block issues.

 

 

If in fact you filed a tax return then you should be able to track its status on the IRS refund site.   No matter what software you used, you can track the refund if you know the filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount of the refund as shown on line 35a of the Form 1040.

 

 

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
