Nothing you did ... just the IRS being WAY behind in processing returns. When your return was accepted for processing and it was flagged for ID verification it was frozen at the door to the processing department. Once you verified your ID it was then put in for processing and this can take months for some and all you can do is wait and check the IRS site once a week until you see an acceptance and a release date for the refund.
