The ONLY way to get the 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd stimulus payments is by filing tax returns for 2020 and 2021. Have you filed tax returns for 2020 and 2021? When? Did the IRS process those returns? Did you e-file or mail the returns? If you filed by mail it will take a long time for the IRS to process the returns.
