Using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions -
Click on Forms. When in Forms mode locate the form, schedule or worksheet you need to delete on the left side of the screen.
Open the the form, schedule or worksheet by clicking on it. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Delete
