@47203 We do not really know what you mean by "re-filed" nor do we know who you are referring to when you say "with Nicholas from Florida." Please explain clearly what you tried to do. Have you filed an original 2021 tax return? Did you e-file it or did you mail it? Has that return been fully processed yet? Did you receive your refund?
If your original return has not been fully processed then please stop and wait for it to be processed. Do not amend or try to "re-file"--or you will complicate everything and cause delays.
