@lukecisawesome "accepted" simply means acknowledgement of receipt. it does not mean it has been reviewed or approved. unfortunately, your best course of action is "have patience" and "do nothing" as noted in @DoninGA response, the IRS website implores you NOT to call.
if you paper filed, assume it's a 6-9 month wait from the time you filed.
