TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS (or your state) after you file your tax return, so no one at TT will know what the IRS has done with your return, or when the IRS will issue your refund. Only the IRS knows. Recently the IRS changed its "Where's My Refund" site so that you can see information there for refunds for 2019, 2020 and 2021 tax returns. Check the IRS refund site to see what is shown there.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
