if you paper filed, assume it is going to be 6-9 months from the time you filed until the return is processed as the IRS is woefully backlogged.
As noted in the post by @Critter-3 , do not re-file and do not call the IRS - that is the IRS instructions. BEst you can do is just be patient.....
