What do you mean that your spouse is listed as Head of Household? Did you not file a joint tax return? If you filed a joint return it is impossible to enter him as head of household. Are you confusing the idea of just entering his name first on the tax return as "head of household?" Head of Household is a specific filing status that you would only use if you lived apart for at least six months in 2021 and he had the children.
