As I said people get going too fast to file and click the wrong button on the state efile pay screen (see screen shot I posted above). You get used to clicking the right button to continue through but that one is to deduct the fee. You have to stop and read each screen closely and understand what you are clicking on.
If you didn't have the $25 fee deducted you would have a 4th credit card charge for it.
