Although you went through the steps to verify your identity, you may be waiting longer than the usual nine weeks for them to send your refund. TurboTax gets no information after you file your tax return, so no one at TT can speed up the IRS for you or get any information. Only the IRS can tell you when your refund will be sent. Sorry.
