MVB Bank is the bank that administers the Credit Karma Money Spend Account and the Credit Karma Visa Debit Card.
When filing your tax return, one of the refund options is to receive the tax refund into a Credit Karma Money Spend account. Based solely on your mention of "MVB Bank", it sounds like you may have done that.
