After you file
Shout out to agent Kadelias who spent 2 hours trying to figure out why Form 8938 was not populating after entering in all the information - turns out the solution was to use Chrome as your browser and not any other. Turbo tax's preferred browser is Chrome - not sure if that is stipulated anywhere when you sign up/in. Hope that helps!
