After you file

Yes, you will just ignore it as you have in past years and print it.

 

Depending on what you plan to do for next year, if you prefer to e-file in the future, you could apply for an ITIN for your wife and then you would be able to file electronically.

 

You would just  need to mail your return along with the W-7 and any other required documents to
