@jd081742 You can contact the IRS directly for more information regarding the status of your 2020 income tax refund.
@gedwards15 Once you are logged into the account you filed your taxes in (following the steps below if you need help with your user ID).
- You can scroll down to see your "Tax documents and returns".
- Click on the year 2020.
- What you owed for your Oregon state tax return is in the summary on the left.
- You can also view and print your return here, and see what your return says you paid.
Be sure you are logging in using the same account you filed your tax return in when attempting to access you tax return. @Markcoltlin70
If you are unsure of your user ID. You can get a list of your User ID's and recover accounts by using The Turbo Tax recovery tool. Be sure to run the tool on all email addresses, if you have more than one.
Follow these steps to get help recovering your login information:
- Log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you could end up in a loop.
- Then clear your browsing history.
- Close your browser.
- Then reopen it, and go to Get Help Signing In!
