Did you or your spouse get the 3rd Stimulus payment? It was 1,400 each. Did you get any letter 6475 from the IRS saying how much they sent? Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more. So if both of you didn't get the 3rd Stimulus payment then 2800 is right for line 30.
But if the IRS shows they sent it they will take it off your return and reduce your refund or send you a bill.
