The only date that is being asked for is the date you will be paying the taxes owed with the 2020 amended tax return. Since the amended tax return is for tax year 2020 you cannot enter a date after April 15, 2021 to pay the taxes owed. So enter that date and either pay the taxes owed with a check included with the mailed return or use the IRS payment website.
