@stolbez We sympathize with your frustration---but TurboTax cannot do anything to shake your refund loose from the IRS. The IRS will not provide any information to TT. You were given a link to contact a tax advocate---try that. We also have heard from other users that calling at 7 am in the morning sometimes works.
