TurboTax does not receive any type of tax refund, federal or state.
Only the TurboTax account fees can be paid from the federal tax refund, if you chose that option.
If you requested to have the state tax refund direct deposited to your bank, then your state will process your tax return and deposit the refund in your bank account.
