I was supposed to receive $8,679 and only received a deposit of $5,758 from a TPG Products/Orig Green Dot Bank- SBTPG LLC. Why did they keep almost $3k of my refund and how are you going to fix it? I expect to receive the remaining balance asap. This is ridicules, I have used Turbo Tax for 7 years and have never had a problem. I will no longer use these services if this is going to happen. What a scam!
