So to every one who can't get ahold of tpg cause of there machines hanging up on you I have found a way call

Once you call them and press it willcsay due to high call volumes u will be more than a 10 minute hold but it gives you an option to press 1 at any time and they will call u when it's your turn I tested it and it definitely works I did talk to some one but got hung up on calling back again it does take 1 hr for the call back hope this helps
