I don't think Turbo Tax shows you anything like that. Maybe that is from the refund processing service like TPG or SBTPG etc. that takes the fees out of your refund before they send it to you. They are separate from Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax never touches your refund and the IRS doesn't update Turbo Tax about your refund. Once Turbo Tax submits your return they are done with their part. You need to contact TPG or the 3rd party bank your refund went though.
