1,400 was the 3rd Stimulus payment that came out starting in March. Did you get that? Check your bank account. The 382 was probably for something else. Like the Advance Child Tax Credit. Did you get a IRS letter 6475 or 6419?
If you had 1400 on 1040 line 30 you tried to get it again but the IRS knows they already sent it to you. If the IRS thinks they sent it to you but you didn't get it during the year request a trace for a missing third Stimulus payment
