This is out of hand. They are keeping our money with out sending us any type of information regarding as to why they are keeping it. It's one thing if the IRS keeps it but at least they send a letter pertaining to why. Tpg just took it and isn't taking any responsibility at all. There's no way to "fix" the issue so we just have to sit around and wait? Who's going to take responsibility @turbotax @SForrestLO
