Did you make a mistake and say you did not receive the 3rd EIP payment of $1400 last year? If you received it last year but said on your tax return that you did not get it, the IRS took the $1400 away from your refund because you cannot get the $1400 twice.
If you did not get it---but the IRS says you did ---then have the payment traced. First check your own bank records for a deposit of $1400 sometime after mid-March of last year. And check your online IRS account.
