Here's how to get a hold of TPG: I am posting his on lots of different threads
It's a little tricky, almost like the don't want you to find it! Also, this is how I KNOW TPG took the money...
- Call eight seven seven, nine zero eight, seven two two eight (need to type it out, or else it gets redacted)
- Press 1 for English
- Enter in 2 as a taxpayer
- Follow prompts - Enter SSN, Filing Status, Zip Code
- It will repeat to you that "A payment was made to you in the amount of $$$ on xx/xx/2022 via direct deposit"
- Then it will ask you a few more things. Press 2 to "Hear a list of recent funding"
- Here's the funny part! It will now say "A tax refund was RECEIVED in the amount of $$$ on xx/xx/2022 from the IRS." Which is the exact amount you SHOULD HAVE received from TurboTax!
- Then it will say If you would like to speak to a representative, press 2
- You will be put on hold for a long time. You should hear a recorded message that asks if you would like to use your phone number to receive a call back.
- Press 1 to confirm
- You can also just press 1 as soon as you're put on hold and it will prompt you to be put into the que
