Yes they will automatically adjust it for you. If you already got the 3rd Stimulus payment then your 1040 line 30 should be blank. Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more. So if you tried to claim it again the IRS will take it off. They know they already sent it to you. There is nothing you can fix now.
