It's quite likely the IRS will automatically adjust your tax return for the third economic impact payment (3EIP). It's important for you to wait until it is fully processed or you could extend an already longer processing period. Once you know the return has been processed and if the refund has already been adjusted, there is nothing for you to do.
If you decide the refund has not been adjusted for the stimulus payment you received then you can amend your tax return. Be sure to follow all of the instructions so that TurboTax knows the original numbers and the changed numbers.
