That’s not what’s occurring on mine. After calling and getting a run around about what this is about through the automated system, they’re saying they need something from me. However, after I go to the site they sent me to, it can’t find my account even though I used the same SSN to log in to their website initially and see that they do in fact have my funds. How is it legal for a bank to hold my funds for a week and not even tell me they need something from me??? Not to mention make me go to a separate part of their site to upload it that doesn’t even locate me, and therefore makes it impossible to provide what they’re asking for. This is a train wreck of epic proportions.
I haven’t changed my banking info in the ten years I’ve been with TT. There is no reason to hold those funds. None.
