The 1040X that you need to amend a 2021 return is not available yet--it will not be available for several weeks. So whatever you did---you did not amend correctly. Change your return back to the way it looked before ---it needs to go back to exactly the way it looked when it was originally filed so that when the 1040X is available you can amend correctly.
