Did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund? If so, then the federal tax refund is first sent to a third party bank to be deposited. Then the TurboTax account fees and the third party service charge is deducted from the refund. The third party bank will then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund into the bank account you selected when you filed the federal tax refund.
