After you file

Your "return" (a return is the tax data file)  and that has been Accepted....just means that the IRS computers didn't reject the data file outright. 

 

Their computers still can take several weeks to get around to processing it in detail (because of the millions of tax returns submitted early on) and eventually issuing a refund  (IF you actually are supposed to get one).

 

The WMR refund site lets you know the details of where they are at....only bother checking every 3-4 days.
