@pbarb2016 You mailed a 2019 tax return in 2020? Did you use a mailing service like certified mail to confirm that the return was received? (Whenever you mail something to the IRS always use a service that will track it and confirm that they received it!)
Nothing about a 2019 return will be displayed on the IRS refund site. That site is only showing information for 2020 returns filed in 2021. You can try to call the IRS to ask about your return. Or if they did not receive it you will have to mail it again but next time use tracking.

Instead, press 2 for "personal income tax".
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions." It should then transfer you to an agent.
