Line 3 column is WRONG so the rest is wrong ... 806 minus 12,200 (same with column C) cannot be a negative number it should be zero ... you cannot possibly have negative income. And if all he made was 4900 in wages he would not only not owe there is no reason to even file an amended return since there was no withheld taxes to get. Review the entire form again starting with line 3.
