This is mainly a user community forum, so nothing account-specific can be handled here.   Here's how to contact TurboTax Support to discuss any fee/billing issues.

You can use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Fri.

Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate which TurboTax you used (Online, CD/download, etc.)  then indicate Which Edition in the other dropdown menu.

For the issue just say billing issue without quotes.
