@just4kixs Sorry but TurboTax cannot help you verify your identity. Verifying your identity is between you and the IRS. Until you do what is necessary to verify your identity you will not receive your refund. So you need to keep trying to verify using the online process, keep trying to call the IRS (we hear that sometimes calling at 7 a.m. can work) or make an appointment with the nearest IRS office and go in person
