@llacy51 Does the IRS say you did not FILE a 2018 return or do they say that you did not pay your tax due for 2018? If you had tax due for 2018 your only proof that you paid is your own bank or credit card statement. Did you use TurboTax to prepare a 2018 return? What does it show in your account? Does it show that you e-filed and that the return was accepted? Or does it say "Ready to Mail" or "Printed?"
