Did you upload the form to the MY DOCS tool (not just import the info into the program) ?
How do I get access to My Docs™?
If you’re using a paid TurboTax Online product or you have added PLUS in TurboTax Free Edition, you can access My Docs™ by:
- Signing in to TurboTax.
- Under Your tax returns & documents (select Show if you can’t see anything), you’ll find My Docs.
If you don't see these options, it's either because you haven't paid yet or you're using Free Edition. In Free Edition, you can get My Docs™ by paying for the PLUS add-on.
